A true pleasure to be back to the Balkans, a region that has been part of my past. Impossible for me to be indifferent to this invitation to contribute to this Meeting. Thank you Vladan Stevanovic.

What a pleasure to lecture in the ZB Masterclass in my hometown! Great discussions and networking between Portugal and Spain delegates.

Back again to Eastern Europe for another training in cadaver specimens with delegates from all over Europe and the Middle East. Finally in-person since the pandemic, definitely the best way to shorten your technical learning curve!

Once more in this fantastic setting, at a meeting that is growing fast towards being the regional reference in shoulder surgery.

Being assigned the Chairman of ESA for the next 2 years, besides having an active role in this fabulous Congress in a city that means so much to me, has been an enormous pleasure and an achievement for the Portuguese Orthopaedics.

Looking forward to contributing to knowledge and this international group of scientists and surgeons for the years to come!
