Being assigned the Chairman of ESA for the next 2 years, besides having an active role in this fabulous Congress in a city that means so much to me, has been an enormous pleasure and an achievement for the Portuguese Orthopaedics. Looking forward to contributing to knowledge and this international group of scientists and surgeons for the years to come!

2021, Oct 5th. “ESSKA Speciality September”
The ESSKA Speciality Days 2nd edition was postponed to November 2023 due to the pandemic. However, ESSKA has not given up on 2021! We rose to the challenge and we have created a ’Speciality September, 2021’, exclusively for Section Members where they were able to meet online to enjoy a great Scientific Programme and catch-up and connect after the summer.
